Questions
Do we need an appointment to shop for bridesmaid dresses?
Appointments are strongly recommended, especially for group visits with the whole party. Walk-ins are welcome but if you bring a group of six on a Saturday without booking, we can't guarantee enough stylist time or fitting room space. Book a bridesmaid appointment here using the same form as bridal.
How does the group appointment work?
The bride books one appointment for the whole bridal party. We block off a stylist and a private area for your group, pre-pull styles based on what the bride is looking for, and walk the group through the options together. We've done this for parties of three and parties of twelve.
What about bridesmaids who don't live nearby?
We coordinate out-of-town bridesmaid orders based on their measurements. The bride picks the style and color, the out-of-state bridesmaid sends us her measurements, we place the order and ship the dress to her (or hold it at the store for pickup). Local bridesmaids come in to try on and order normally.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry a wide range across our three bridesmaid lines, including junior bridesmaids and maternity sizing. If your party spans a wide range of sizes, our stylists are experienced at finding looks that work for everyone.
What is the price range for your bridesmaid dresses?
Most dresses fall between $130 and $250 depending on designer and style. We can usually work within most bridesmaid budgets.
How far in advance should we order?
Four to six months before the wedding is the standard recommendation. Most bridesmaid dresses take twelve to sixteen weeks to come in, so ordering early leaves comfortable cushion before the wedding.
Can the bridesmaids choose different styles in the same color?
Yes. Mix-and-match in a coordinated color or palette has become a popular choice, and we can help you select different silhouettes that work together visually. This is especially useful when bridesmaids have very different body types or strong preferences.
